Shopping at Time for Two FAQs
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders received on weekends, (after Fridays 11 a.m. (PST) through Sunday), will be shipped on Monday.
How will my order be shipped?
Except for Downloadable Products, orders can only be shipped to United States addresses. Games and Books are sent Postage Free via U. S. Postal Service Media Mail from our Arizona warehouse. Please contact Customer Service for Express Mail shipping rates. APO addresses may take 7 to 10 days to arrive.
What is your shipping policy?
Some items ordered at the same time may not necessarily be shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within your requested time and you’ll be given the option to cancel your order.

Canadian and International orders must be paid in U.S. funds and will be charged applicable shipping expenses. Please note that Canadian and International orders are subject to duties and customs that may apply in both your area’s province and country.
How do I determine the shipping charges?

Do you charge sales tax?
State law requires us to collect sales tax on products shipped to Arizona.
Will my name be sold or made available to others?
No, we do not sell or otherwise make available our customer lists to any other party. From time to time, we will send you information about new products, special offers and services that we think will interest you. At any time, if you choose not to be notified, just send us an email to: customerservice@timefortwo.com and ask us to remove your name from future mailings.
Is my online order secure?
Yes. Our secure software encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. Additionally, Time for Two’s shopping cart is protected by Lets Encrypt.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards. Please note that Time for Two does NOT store credit card information.
Can I send a check or money order?
We do not accept personal checks or cash, but you can send a money order to: Time for Two, 7349 N. Via Paseo Del Sur, Ste. 515, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.
Can I have my order sent C.O.D.?
No. We do not ship C.O.D.
Can I order by phone or fax?
Phone orders can placed by calling in your order to 1 (800) 776 7662.
What can I do if I made a mistake in my order?

What should I do if I have questions about the products or my order?
Please check the FAQ’s on the website. If your questions are not answered there, please e-mail your questions to: customerservice@timefortwo.com. You can also call us at 1 (800) 776 7662 . Customer Service department is open 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (MST) Monday through Friday. Your questions will be answered the next business day, except for holidays and week-ends.
Can I exchange or return a product?
We stand behind every product in the Time for Two Collection. If you want to return or exchange a product, we will give you a prompt refund, credit or exchange. Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt and be in the same condition as when they were received, with the original packaging. Gift Certificates cannot be returned for cash.
Unless a product is damaged when you get it or is defective, you’re responsible for all shipping costs.
Additionally, we also require that you contact us for authorization before returning any product.
Please Include the packing slip that you received with your shipment and indicate the reason for the return. Please send the package, securely wrapped and insured, to: Time for Two , 7349 N. Via Paseo Del Sur, Suite 515, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.

Who are the games for? Who can play?
An Enchanting Evening®, Fan the Flames®, Romantic Sensations® and Romantic Interlude™ are for any couple in an intimate relationship.
To Know you… Better®, Two to Tango®, You Just Became a Millionaire® and Make-A-Date™ are not intimate and are appropriate for all couples in any stages of their relationship.
They make wonderful gifts for Valentine’s Day, showers, engagements, weddings, anniversaries, Mother’s and Father’s Day, birthdays, vacations, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, or “just because.”

Are additional cards available?
Not at present. However, for additional experiences, you might be interested in playing a different Time for Two game.
Are the games risque?
An Enchanting Evening®, Romantic Sensations®, Fan the Flames® and Romantic Interlude are intimate, but allow couples to play at whatever level of intimacy is comfortable and fun for them.
To Know You…Better®, Two to Tango® and Make-A-Date are not intimate.
All the games are a positive, supportive way to share romance and fun. They are continually featured in national and regional TV, radio, magazines and newspapers and are recommended by clergy and marriage counselors to keep the flames glowing.
Are animals used in testing your lotions and gels?
No.
Are the lotions and gels oil- or water-based?
They are all water-based.
