FAQs about Shopping at Time for Two
1. When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders received on weekends, (after Fridays 11 a.m. (PST) through Sunday), will be shipped on Monday.
2. How will my order be shipped?
Except for Downloadable Products, orders can be shipped to only United States addresses. Games and Books are sent Postage Free via Standard U. S. Postal Service from our Arizona warehouse. Priority Mail orders usually arrive in 2 to 3 business days depending on where you live. Overnight Express Mail is available for an additional charge. Express Mail is shipped with an automatic waiver of a required signature unless instructions are written in the Comment Section of the order specifically requesting a signature. Requiring a signature may delay the delivery of the package by the U.S. Postal Service. Please also note that for some locations, Express Mail made take two days for delivery; and shipments to APO addresses may take 7 to 10 days to arrive.
3. What is your shipping policy?
Some items ordered at the same time may not necessarily be shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within your requested time and you'll be given the option to cancel your order. Shipping charges are per each separate destination.
Shipping prices vary for Canadian and International orders. Canadian and International orders should be emailed to: email@example.com for shipping options. Canadian and International orders must be paid in U.S. funds and will be charged applicable shipping expenses.
Please note that Canadian and International orders are subject to duties and customs that may apply in both your area's province and country.
4. How do I determine the shipping charges?
We base our shipping charges on the weight of the product(s) and the postal zone to which it's being sent, not the dollar amount of your order.
5. Do you charge sales tax?
State law requires us to collect sales tax on products shipped to Arizona.
6. Will my name be sold or made available to others?
No, we do not sell or otherwise make available our customer lists to any other party. From time to time, we will send you information about new products, special offers and services that we think will interest you. At any time, if you choose not to be notified, just send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org and ask us to remove your name from future mailings.
7. Is my online order secure?
Yes. Our secure software encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. Additionally, Time for Two's shopping cart is protected by GoDaddy.com, Inc.
8. What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards.
9. Can I send a check or money order?
We do not accept personal checks or cash, but you can send a money order to: Time for Two, #471, 7349 Via Paseo Del Sur, Ste. 515 Scottsdale, AZ 85258. Please email or contact Time for Two for the correct shipping charges before sending your money order.
10. Can I have my order sent C.O.D.?
No. We do not ship C.O.D.
11. Do you offer gift wrap?
Yes, certain products can be gift wrapped. At the bottom of the product description, near the product number we indicate if the product can be gift wrapped. There is an additional charge per item which is listed next to the price of the item.
If you're sending a gift directly to someone, we can include a personal card. Just fill out the space on the order form.
12. Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, the minimum amount is $25.00. Indicate the amount and the recipient's name and email address. We'll charge that amount on your credit card and send the certificate directly to that person or we can send the certificate to you so you can present it personally. We'll include a personal message. Simply fill out the space on the order form.
13. Can I order by phone or fax?
Phone orders can placed by calling in your order to 1 (800) 776 7662, Orders can be faxed to: 1 (480) 659 4806.
14. What can I do if I made a mistake in my order?

15. What should I do if I have questions about the products or my order?
Please check the FAQ's on the website. If your questions is not answered there, please e-mail your questions to: firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also call us at 1 (800) 776 7662 . Customer Service department is open 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (PST) Monday through Friday. Your questions will be answered the next business day, except for holidays and week-ends.
16. Can I exchange or return a product?
We stand behind every product in the Time for Two Collection. If you want to return or exchange a product, we will give you a prompt refund, credit or exchange. Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt and be in the same condition as when they were received, with the original packaging. Gift Certificates cannot be returned for cash.
Unless a product is damaged when you get it or is defective, you're responsible for all shipping costs.
Additionally, we also require that you contact us for authorization before returning any product.
Please Include the packing slip that you received with your shipment and indicate the reason for the return. Please send the package, securely wrapped and insured, to: Time for Two % 2WatchUGrow, 35 W. Beryl Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85021. We cannot accept C.O.D.
17. Do you have a customer service department?
Yes, you can e-mail, fax , write or call us. Your questions will usually answered the next business day, except for holidays and week-ends.
