Hotels, Inns and Bed & Breakfast – Listing Terms and Conditions
By submitting information about a romantic getaway package for inclusion in Time for Two’s Getaways® listing, the hotel, inn and/or “bed & breakfast” (Property) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
All the content and images contained in this site (except those provided by a Property) are copyright protected by Time for Two, Inc. (TFT). Time for Two® and Time for Two Getaways® are registered trademarks of Time for Two, Inc.
The Property agrees to provide information for posting that is as accurate, complete and timely as is reasonably possible.
TFT has no responsibility for and makes no warranty or other representation as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information posted by a Property.
Subject to TFT’s acceptance, Properties will have the ability to update their listing information on-line using a password-protected process.
TFT does not endorse or otherwise recommend any specific Property.
TFT, in its sole discretion, may refuse to permit any specific listing or any part of a listing, and/or remove any listing that it, finds to be incomplete, misleading or otherwise objectionable.
TFT reserves the right to make alterations to the listing format, to rearrange pages and to otherwise change the manner in which the listing information is displayed.
The Property will provide photos, text and a link to the Property’s web site as may be required by TFT to maintain the listing.
The Property indemnifies and holds harmless TFT, its directors, officers, personnel, and shareholders, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any claim made in connection with the posting information, as well as romantic package and room availability, romantic package and room rates, and package content.
In order for Properties to post a listing, they must comply with the following listing rules:
- The Property will be solely responsible for the content, accuracy and timeliness of the information it posts.
- The Property will not post any information, text or image that violates any Federal, state or local laws or that would subject the Property or TFT to civil or criminal liability.
The Property acknowledges that the material it lists does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any other party. |
